Arc. Hammed Olubori is a seasoned Fellow of the Environmental Practitioners' Institute of Nigeria whose dual expertise in architecture and traffic engineering has equipped him with a distinctive lens through which to view environmental management challenges in Nigeria's rapidly urbanising landscape. His career represents the integration of built environment disciplines with broader environmental stewardship principles.

He holds an Ordinary National Diploma in Architecture from Ogun State Polytechnic (now Moshood Abiola Polytechnic) (1995) and a Higher National Diploma in Architecture from the renowned Yaba College of Technology, YABATECH (1999) — institutions that have produced some of Nigeria's most accomplished technical professionals.

Since joining the Lagos State Traffic Management Authority (LASTMA) in 2001, Arc. Olubori has risen to the rank of Chief Law Enforcement Superintendent (Traffic), accumulating over two decades of experience in metropolitan traffic systems management. His work includes developing strategies for traffic re-routing in complex urban scenarios, carrying out Traffic Impact Analysis (TIA) for major sites across Lagos Metropolis, and supporting the formulation of state government policies on traffic and parking management — contributing to the creation of safer, more liveable urban environments.

A Fellow of EPIN, PAEMI, FAERI, and FAAEP, Arc. Olubori brings to the Governing Council a practitioner's understanding of the environmental dimensions of urban infrastructure management — a perspective of growing importance as Nigeria's cities confront the twin challenges of population growth and climate vulnerability.
