MR. ADEBAYO ADEDEJI (B.Sc., FEPIN, FAEMI, FAAEPI, ACA, IACSP) 
Director, Finance & Corporate Services:

Mr. Adedeji Olatunde Adebayo is a multi-certified financial and corporate governance professional whose unique combination of chartered accountancy, security management, and internal audit expertise makes him exceptionally well-positioned to safeguard EPIN's financial integrity and corporate governance standards. As Director of Finance and Corporate Services, he ensures that every naira entrusted to the Institute is managed with rigorous accountability, transparency, and strategic foresight.

He holds a B.Sc. in Accounting from Olabisi Onabanjo University (2007) and is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). His additional certifications — Certified Security Professional (CSP), Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS), and Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) — represent a breadth of financial risk and governance expertise that is highly unusual in Nigeria's environmental management sector, and enormously valuable to an Institute with EPIN's institutional ambitions.

As Founder and CEO of Dejavu Security Services Limited, Mr. Adebayo has demonstrated the entrepreneurial boldness and operational discipline to build and sustain an enterprise in a highly demanding professional domain. His capabilities in budgeting, financial forecasting, risk assessment, auditing, and strategic planning position him as one of the most versatile members of EPIN's Management Board.

In his directorial role, Mr. Adebayo is responsible for EPIN's financial management, budget administration, audit oversight, corporate compliance, and the management of the Institute's corporate services infrastructure — ensuring that EPIN's operational foundation is as strong as its professional mandate.
