MS. ABIOLA ONIYINDE (B.Sc., MGIS, FEPIN, FAEMI),
Director, Information Technology & Digital Services

Ms. Abiola Oniyinde is EPIN's technology visionary — a GIS and geoinformatics specialist whose expertise in spatial data management, socio-economic research, and information technology infrastructure positions her to lead the Institute's digital transformation agenda with both technical authority and strategic clarity. As Director of Information Technology and Digital Services, she ensures that EPIN's digital presence, data systems, and technology platforms are world-class.

She holds a B.Sc. in Geography from the University of Lagos (1999) and a Master's Degree in Geographic Information Systems (MGIS), also from the University of Lagos (2002) — a qualification that represents one of the most specialised technology disciplines in the geospatial sciences. Her academic formation in quantitative analysis, facilities and utilities locational analysis, and resource analysis gives her a distinctive analytical edge in the design of technology systems for complex organisational environments.

Ms. Oniyinde's professional experience spans client services in multinational organisations (International Organization for Migration), GIS specialist roles at Xcel Ventures Limited and Polaris Digitech, and administrative leadership at Ekiti State University. This combination of international exposure, technical depth, and administrative experience makes her uniquely capable of managing EPIN's increasingly complex digital infrastructure.

Under her direction, EPIN's digital services — including membership management systems, e-learning platforms, website operations, data management, and digital communications — are continuously upgraded to meet the standards expected of a premier African professional institution operating in the twenty-first century.
