MS. ESTHER JACOBS (B.A., MEPIN)
Director, Membership Services & Zonal Coordinator

Ms. Esther Jacobs serves as EPIN's Director of Membership Services and Zonal Coordinator — a role in which she is the primary custodian of the Institute's relationship with its membership across Nigeria's diverse geopolitical zones. Her background in customer service, community development, and digital marketing gives her the skills to engage EPIN's membership with warmth, responsiveness, and strategic intentionality.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Religion from the University of Jos, Plateau State (2010), supplemented by a Diploma in Digital Marketing (2010), a Leadership Training Diploma from the Word of Faith Bible Institute (WOFBI), Lagos (2012), and computing certifications from the University of Jos ICT Directorate and NIIT.

Ms. Jacobs' career has encompassed roles in customer relations, education, NGO programme delivery, and marketing — building a broad-based competence in stakeholder engagement and institutional communication. Her service as an NYSC Teacher in Yobe State and her community work in MDGs volunteer campaigns and girl-child rights advocacy reflect a commitment to public service that extends beyond formal institutional boundaries.

In her directorial capacity, Ms. Jacobs coordinates EPIN's membership onboarding, retention, and service delivery functions across all zones, ensuring that every member — from student affiliates to Senior Fellows — experiences an Institute that is accessible, responsive, and demonstrably committed to their professional growth and welfare.
